SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
During new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly — every order is handled with love, care, and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship orders within Arizona only.
Standard shipping delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your goddess package all the way home.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and divine in every piece.
Eligible Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Tags must remain attached
• Returns are eligible for store credit only
Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items
• Items showing wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
• Gift cards
Exchanges
You may exchange your item for another size or color (if available) within the same 14-day window.
Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
